One of the leading energy sinks in any restaurant or home is the refrigerator. For each glass chiller that is removed from a restaurant in Louisiana, it is estimated that the net CO2 production will be reduced by 26 lb per year. Source: EIA. While this may not be much in terms of the total emissions of the country, we believe every little bit helps!
